Service Repair Business Development Manager
Main Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the local operations team to screen sales leads and develop opportunities.
• Build professional relationships with new and existing customers and key industry players.
• Sell solutions to end customers, including service repair packages and system upgrades.
• Assist in developing marketing plans for new and existing products.
• Prepare and present demonstrations to potential customers to achieve growth targets.
• Execute strategic plans to achieve new business objectives.
• Regularly report and analyze new business development, opportunities, and target achievement.
Job Requirements:
• At least 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Successful experience and track record in aftermarket parts/repair sales.

• Able to proactively identify and sell preventative maintenance/upgrade service packages.

Transport Refrigerant Unit Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the installation, system connection, parameter setting, and commissioning
of refrigeration units in newly purchased or modified vehicles.
• Execute regular preventative maintenance plans, including checking refrigerant, lubricating oil,
electrical systems, belts, filters, etc., and completing replacement and refill work.
• Quickly and accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults in the generator set
(such as engine, compressor, evaporator, condenser, controller, sensors, etc.) and perform efficient repairs or component replacements.
• Provide basic operation and daily inspection guidance to customer drivers. Accurately
and completely complete maintenance work orders, parts lists, and service reports.
• Stay informed about new industry technologies and standards, participate in technical training,
and improve service quality and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
• Proficient in diesel engine, compressor, and refrigeration cycle principles; familiar with electrical control systems (such as Carrier, Therm King, etc.)
and circuit diagrams.
• Excellent mechanical and electrical repair skills; proficient in using various diagnostic tools (such as multi-brand diagnostic software, multimeters,
pressure gauge sets, etc.).
• Ability to independently diagnose faults and effectively solve problems under pressure.
• Good communication skills and customer service awareness; proactive and responsible.
• Able to adapt to outdoor and interior working environments and perform certain physical labor.
